3. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-

"Execution of documents.

11. All deeds and other instruments requiring the seal of the corporation shall be sealed in the presence of, and shall be signed by, the commissioner for Hong Kong and either a deputy ör an assistant commis- sioner for Hong Kong.".
