An Ordinance to amend the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1 This Ordinance may be cited as the Cross-Harbour Short title. Tunnel (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 62 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment inserting, after subsection (1), the following new subsection-- of section

62.

"(IA) Where a by-law made under subsection (1) pro- (Cap. 203.) vides for the issue of a permit for any purpose, the by-law may prescribe a fee to be paid in respect of such permit.”.
