An Ordinance to amend the Fire and Marine Insurance Com-

panies Deposit Ordinance.

[29th November, 1974]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fire and Marine Short title. Insurance Companies Deposit (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following-

(Cap. 391)

“(2) A deposit of securities shall consist of any of the investments specified in the Second Schedule to the Trustee Ordinance except those specified in items 7, 14, 15. 17 and 19 of that Schedule.".
