Section 9 is amended-

Amendment

2. Section 5 is amended by deleting "Governor in Council" wherever It occurs and substituting in each case the follow- ing-
"Governor".
3. Sections 6 and 7 are amended by deleting "or Govendor in Council, as the case may be," wherever it occurs.
4. Section 8(2) is amended by deleting "Glovemor in Council'' in both places where it occurs and substituting in cath case the following—

5. Section 43(1) is amended by deket- ing "or Governor in Council, as the case may be,".

Part VI is amended by adding before sec- tion 16 the following new section-
"Power of approval by Governor t Cundi m COND BLASI.
15A. Where any Crown lease contains a condition to the effect that any matter or thing may not be done without the approval or consent of the Governor in Council, the con- dition shal) be deemed to include a provision that the power of the Governor in Council to grant approval or give consent may be exercised by the Governor.”.
Sections 105 and 106 are amended by delet- ing "Governor in Council" wherever it occurs and substituting in each case the following
