Amendment

Sections (1) and (3)4) and $ are amended by deleting "Governor in Council" wher- ever it occurs and substituting in each case the following —–—

"Registrar".

Section 2(1) is amended in the definition of "pensionable office" by deleting "Governor in Council" wherever it occurs and sub- stituting in each case the following-

“Govemor".

Section 4(3) is amended by deleting "Governor in Council" and substituting the following-

3. Section 51(1) is amended by delet ing "Governor In Council" and substituting the following-

"Governor".
