"Emergency Relief Fund Ordinance",
5. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)~
(a) by deleting "to be known as the Community Relief
Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the fund,”; and (b) by inserting at the end thereof the following—
6.
"The fund shall be known as the Emergency Relief Fond.".
Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting "Community Relief Trust Fund Committee" and substituting the following—
"Emergency Relief Fund Committee”.

An Ordinance to amend the Government Lotteries Ordinance and
to validate certain appropriations from the Lotteries Fund.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Government Lotteries (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance 1973.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, after the definition of "Committee", the following new definition-
"gale warning" means a warning of the occurrence of a tropical cyclone in, or in the vicinity of, Hong Kong by the display of any of the local visual storm warning signals referred to in section 5 of the Judicial Proceedings (Adjournment During Gale Warnings) Ordinance:"".
