An Ordinance to amend further the Buildings Ordinance.
[1st December, 1972]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amend- ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1972.
2. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2)(b) by deleting "two" and substituting the following
**fifty".
3. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 24 the following new section-
"Order to Cease or femedy dangerous works,
24A. (1) Where any building works, street works, lift works or escalator works have been or are being, carried out in such a manner as, in the opinion of the Building Authority, will cause, or will be likely
