Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Probate and Adminis- tration (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

Short title.

1.

Section 23A of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "under section 16”; and

(b) by deleting subsection (2).

3. Section 23B of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "under section 16".
