An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1972.
2. Section 30 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting paragraph (?) and substituting the follow- ing
"() the voiding of a poll at a polling station and the
taking of a fresh poll:
() generally, the carrying into effect of the provisions of
this part of the Ordinance.".
