An Ordinance to amend the Television Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Television (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1972.

2. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2) by deleting "at the expiry of each five year period” and substituting the following-

"on the 19th November 1972 or on such later date as may be determined by the Governor in Council by order published in the Gazette".
