An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Com- modities (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.
2. Section 53 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in the definition of "denatured spirits"—
(i) by deleting "and" at the end of paragraph (5); (ii) by adding after paragraph (b) the following new paragraph--
"(ba) liquor which has been mixed with a substance or substances approved by the Government Chemist and which the Director is satisfied is
