Addition of
Six Schedule.

Section 62 of the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) in subsection (1)a) by deleting "the Colonial Secretary"
and substituting the following-
"any public officer specified in the Sixth Schedule": and
(b) by inserting after subsection (2) the following new
subsection--
4.
"(3) The Governor may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the Sixth Schedule.”.
The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after the Fifth Schedule the following new Schedule-

An Ordinance to amend the Judicial Proceedings (Adjournment
During Gale Warnings) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Judicial Pro- ceedings (Adjournment During Gale Warnings) (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.
(2) Section 2 shall not come into operation until 1st January 1973.
