An Ordinance to amend the Gasholders Examination Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gasholders Examina- tion (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 1, the following new section-
"Interpreta-
tion.
1A. In this Ordinance, unless the context other- wise requires
"gasholder" means a gasholder which has a storage capacity of not less than 5,000 cubic feet or 142 cubic metres and which is used for the storage of gas at a pressure not exceeding one pound per square inch gauge or 0.07 kilogrammes per square centimetre.".
