Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the provise by deleting "one thousand dollars" and substituting the following-

"fifty thousand dollars”.

4. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars" and substituting the following---

"guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars for each day during which the offence continues".

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

or educational" in both places where it occurs.
