AIR TRANSPORT (LICENSING OF AIR SERVICES)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 as extended by the Colonial Civil Aviation (Application of Act) Orders 1952 to 1965, the Governor has, with the approval of the Secretary of State, made the following regula- tions--
COBUMNENOSNÉSELL.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Air Transport Citation and (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1971 and shall come into operation on the expiration of the day next pre- ceding the day on which they are published in the Gazette.
1 Regulation 1 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the definition of "operating permit", after "the Board of Trade", the following-
"or the Secretary of State".
3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended io paragraph (1)(a) by inserting, after "the Board of Trade", the following
"or the Secretary of State".
4. Regulation 27 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after "the Board of Trade", the following-

Regulation 28 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after "the Board of Trade", the following-
