9.
If a licensed pilor knows of-
to repert
hazards to
(a)
shipping.
any defect in a navigational aid in the waters of the Colony,
(b)
any other hazard to shipping therein; or
Revocation.

(c) any alteration of the position of a harbour buoy,
he shall report the same to the Authority forthwith, by radio- telephone if practicable.
10. The Pilots Regulations and the Pilots (Remuneration of Examiners) Regulations are revoked.

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
These regulations revoke and replace the Pilots Regulations, Regulation 1 deals with the registration of apprentice pilots.
Regulations 3 and 4 deal with the form of application for a pilot's licence and the renewal of such a licence,
Regulation 6 prescribes fees.
Regulations 5, 7, 8 and 9 re-enact regulations 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the revoked Pilots Regulations.

Regulation 10 revokes the Plots Regulations and the Pilots (Remunera- tions of Examiners) Regulations.
