(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Slaughter-houses (New Territories) (Amendment) Regulations 1971, the Governor hereby appoints the 1st November 1971 as the day on which the said Regulations shall come into operation.
