Explanatory Note
(This Note is not part of the ruler, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
These rules provide for the procedure to be followed in applications
for a grant of probate or letters of administration and follow closely the
English Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1954 differing only where the circumstances of Hong Kong require.
