Explanatory Note.

The amendment to Form 4 in the Sechedule to the principal regula- Lipna provides for the serial number and date of a summons to be inserted in it.
Form 5 is replaced by a new form which allows for proof of the registered address of a registered owner of a motor vehicle, both at the time when a notice under section 15(3) of the Ordinagee and a summond under section 17(1) are posted.
