FIXED PENALTY (TRAFFIC CONTRAVENTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Ordinance, the Governor in Council bas made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) (Amendment) Regulations 1971.

The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended- (a) in Form 4. by deleting "Dule of Summons." and sub-

stituting the following-

"Serial No. & date of Summons.": and

(b) by deleting Form 5 and substituting the following-
