TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 106),
TELECOMMUNICATION (CABLE AND WIRELESS LIMITED) (AMENDMENT OF LICENCE) ORDER 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1A) of section 34 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has, with the consent in writing of Cable and Wireless Limited, made the following order--
1. This order may be cited as the Telecommunication (Cable and Wireless Limited) (Amendment of Licence) Order 1971.
2. The licence granted to the Cable and Wireless Limited and dated the 1st October 1963 is amended-
(a) in clause X1)—–—–
(i) by deleting “and” at the end of paragraph (c); (ii) by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (ɗ) and substituting the following-
"; and"; and
(iii) by inserting after paragraph (d) the following new paragraph-
"(e) gross receipts from internal telegram and telex
services.":
(b) in the Third Schedule-
(i) in paragraph (@ki), by deleting ", including revenue from internal telegrams";
(ii) by inserting after paragraph (a)(ii) the following new sub-paragraph-
"(iii) Gross receipts from internal telegrams."; and (iii) by inserting after paragraph (c)(ii) the following new sub-paragraph-
"(iii) Gross receipts from internal telex calla.
