An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance
Corporation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 9 the following new section--

The Corporation may enter into an agree- Corporation ment with any person whereby such person under- takes to insure the Corporation against all or any of the liability of the Corporation under a contract of insurance entered into under section 9 either before or after the commencement of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Ordin- ance 1970.".
