(ii) the date on which a tenancy becomes excluded from this Ordinance by virtue of a certificate issued under section 4,

shall not count for the purposes of such notice of termination but it shall thereafter continue in force and the tenancy shall cease in accordance with the terms of the notice, regard being paid to this section.

An Ordinance to amend the Exchange Fund Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Exchange Fund (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

1. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso to subsection (2) by inserting after "thousand" the following-

"Ove hundred".
