Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Places of Public Entertainment (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting paragraph ( and substituting the following

under this Ordinance;”.
