Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 9A of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance on the 19th day of November 1969.
Resolved, pursuant to section 9A of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, that the Legal Aid in Criminal Cases (Amend- ment) Rules 1969, made by the Chief Justice on the 8th day of November 1969 under section 9A of that Ordin- ance, be approved.
