PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) (NO. 3) ORDER 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Governor hus made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 3) Order 1969.
2. The boundaries of the place "Argyle Street Playground" set aside as a public pleasure ground and specified in the Fourth Schedule shall be varied to accord with the area edged in red on a plan signed for the Director of Public Works on the 23rd day of September 1969 and deposited in the Land Office on the 24th day of September 1969.
3. The plan showing the boundaries of the place "Argyle Street Playground" signed for the Director of Public Works on the 4th day of August 1962 and deposited in the Land Office on the 7th day of August 1962 shall be withdrawn.
