PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 132)-

DECLARATION OF MARKET IN THE NEW TERRITORIES, AND OF AREA SERVED THEREBY, TO WHICH THE ORDINANCE APPLIES.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsections (1) and (2) of section 79 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance the Governor has declared the market specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be a market to which the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance applies, and the area specified with respect thereto in the second column of the said Schedule to be the area serviced by the said market.
