It is hereby notified that, pursuant to section 86 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. We, the Board of Inland Revenue bave prescribed the form set out below as being the Oath of Secrecy under subsection (2) of section 4.

(Insanı Cantellatorer, Zavesar, encu the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Chapter 112, and the Business Registration Ordinauce, Chapter 310, do solemnly, sincerely and truly and affirm that 1 will at all times préserve and aid in preserving secrecy with regard to all matters relating to the affairs of any person that may come to my knowledge in the performance of my duties under the said Ordinances, and save whent expressly authorized by any enactment will not, except in the performance of my duties under the said Ordinances, communicate any such matter to any person other than the person to whom such matter relates or bis authorized representative, nor suffer or permit any person to have access to any records in the possession, custody or control of the Commissioner of Inland Revenuc.
