PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES (AMENDMENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) (NO. 2) ORDER 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 2) Order 1969.
2. The boundaries of the place "Wong Nai Chung Recrea- tion Grounds (Happy Valley)" set aside as a public pleasure ground by the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Order 1969 shall be varied to accord with the area edged in red on a plan signed for the Director of Public Works on the 29th day of May 1969.
