RESETTLEMENT ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 304).

RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section $1 of the Resettlement Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) Regulations 1969.

2. Regulation 9A of the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the following-

9A. (1) A licence issued under section 50C of the Ordinance in respect of a Class 1 area or a Class II area shall be in accordance with Form S in the First Schedule.

(2) A licence issued under section SOC of the Ordinance in respect of a Class III area shall be in accordance with Form 6 in the First Schedule.".

The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following form after Form $—
