(vi) one representative of each College teaching de- partment in the constituent Board of Studies of the Faculty.".

(c) by adding, after paragraph 6. the following new para-

graph

"7. The Board of Faculty shall co-ordinate the activities of the Boards of Studies within the Faculty and it shall be its function to consider and deal with the recommendations of the Boards of Studies-

(a) on the content of courses for the degree or

degrees; and

(b) on the details of syllabuses.".

Statute 15 of the principal Statutes is amended in para- graph 2 by deleting “Recognized" wherever it occurs.

Statute 16 of the principal Statutes is amended in para- graph (e) by deleting "Recognized",

$ Statute 21 of the principal Statutes is amended in para- graph (1) by deleting "(y)" and substituting the following—

"()".

9. Statute 24 of the principal Statutes is amended in para- graph (2) by deleting "Recognized”.

PRISONS ORDER 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Prisons Order 1969.

2. The sites and buildings specified in the Schedule are set apart for the purposes of prisons.

3.

The Tong Fuk Prison Order is cancelled.
