Amendment of Schedule.
The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended- (a) in paragraph 4 of Form 12-
() by deleting "front of the paper" and substituting the following-
"vole"; and
(ii) by deleting "back of the paper" and substituting the followingTM
"official mark"; and
(6) in paragraph 4 of the Chinese version of Form 12–
(i) by deleting “AZED,” and substituting the follow. ing
""; and
(11) by deleúng “RZ¥M,” and substituting the follow- ing
“KƒB90"; and
(c) by deleting Form 13 and substituting the following new

Regulations 2 and 3 amend the principal regulations by removing therefrom all references to the 1963 and 1967 Urban Council elections.
It is intended for future elections to revise the layout of the ballot paper, and to print the official mark on the ballot paper simultaneously with the printing of the ballot paper. The new regulation 24(/) inserted by regulation 5 enables this to be done.
Regulations 4, 6, 7 and 8 are consequential on the revised form of the ballot paper.
