本規例第二款將工廠租用證背頁所載~關於租用之普通章程」打,以便規定 凡膽有關于租客房舍之電路保雞獻須不重裝或理時,租客應但擔所需之費用。

此項飾訂業由於原有條例第三十五款之修訂述帶引起響。

URBAN COUNCIL ELECTIONS (PROCEDURE)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970.

lu exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Urban Council Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Council Elections (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1970.

Citation.

2. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended

by

(a) substituting a full stop for the colon at the end of para-

graph (c); and

(6) deleting the remaining portion of the regulation.

Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is amended in the proviso to paragraph (3)

(a) by deleting "on or after the 1st day of April 1967 or":

and

(b) by deleting “subsequent”.

4. Regulation 21 of the principal regulations is amended in sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (1) by deleting ", with instru- ments for stamping thereon the official mark,”.

5. Regulation 24 of the principal regulations is amended- (0) in paragraph (d) by deleting "and" at the end thereof; (5) in paragraph (e) by deleting the colon and substituting

the following

"and": and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following new para-

graph-

") shall have an official mark printed in the space

provided:

6. Regulation 33 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (2) by deleting sub-paragraph (a).

Regulation 34 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the back of the paper, so as to disclose".
