FROZEN CONFECTIONS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Frozen Confections (Amendment) By-laws 1970,
1. By-law 10 of the principal by-laws is cancelled and re- placed by the following-
"Frozen confections

10. No person shall keep any frozen confection intended for sale for human consumption, other than ice cream of the kind commonly known as soft ice cream, in any place the temperature of which exceeds
-2° Celsius.”.
The First Schedule to the principal by-laws is amended- (a) in paragraph (1)-
(i) by deleting "45° Fahrenheit" and substituting the following--
*** Celsius":
(ii) in sub-paragraph (a) by deleting "150° Fahrenheit“ and substituting the following-
"66° Celsius";
(ii) in sub-paragraph (5) by deleting "160" Fah- renbeit" and substituting the following-
"71° Celsius"; and
(iv) in sub-paragraph (c) by deleting "175" Fah- renheit" and substituting the following-
*79* Celsius"; and
(5) in paragraph (2) by deleting "45" Fahrenheit" in both
places where it occurs and substituting the following-
*7* Celsius".
