FOOD BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) BY-LAWS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Food Business (Amendment) (No. 2) By-laws 1970.
Citation.
Amendment of
1. By-law 19 of the principal by-laws is amended in sub- paragraph (ii) of paragraph (4) by deleting "seventy-five degrees by-law 19. Fahrenheit" and substituting the following-
"twenty-four degrees Celsius".
Made by the Urban Council this 4th day of August 1970.
