MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS (OWNERS INCORPORATION) (FEES) REGULATIONS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Multi-storey Buildings (Owners Incorporation) Ordinance 1970. the Governor in Council has made the following regulations---
1. These regulations may be cited as the Multi-storey Build- ings (Owners Incorporation) (Feos) Regulations 1970.
2. The fees set out in the third column of the Schedule are prescribed in respect of the matters specified in the second column of the Schedule and shall be paid to the Land Officer.
