5. Regulation 17 of the principal regulations is amended-- (a) by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the follow-

"(1) There shall be held annually in connexion with each church not later than the 31st of May the annual church meeting of qualified and duly enrolled electors-

(a) for receiving from the church council and

considering

(i) a copy or copies of the electoral roll; (i) an annual report on its proceedings; (iii) a statement of the financial affairs of the church:

(b) for electing representatives to be members of the body of The Trustees of the Church of England in the Diocese of Victoria. Hong Kong:

(c) for electing the church council;

(d) for electing representatives to the Diocesan

Conference:

(e) for electing sidesment

(f) for electing an auditor;

(g) for the transaction of any other business connected with the affairs of the church.";

(b) in paragraph (4) by inserting, after "Kowloon,”, the

following-

"of Christ Church. Kowloon Tong.”.

MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS (OWNERS INCORPORATION) (FORMS) REGULATIONS 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Multi-storey Buildings (Owners Incorporation) Ordinance 1970, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Multi-storey Build- ings (Owners Incorporation) (Forms) Regulations 1970.

The certificate of registration issued under subsection (1)

of section 8 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule.

3.

The amended certificate of registration issued under sub- section (4) of section 10 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 2 in the Schedule.
