The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the follow- ing-
"(c) Boundaries of the Hung Hom Northern and Southern Fairways.
(1) Hung Hom Northern Fairway.
On the north, from a position with the Railway Clock Tower bearing 100" distance 5.9 cables, a line drawni 104" to the southwest comer of the Ocean Terminal in a position latitude 22 17′ 44′′ north, longitude 114* 09′ 44′′ cası, thetice 120° to position latitude 22° 17′ 38" north, longitude 114* 09o 35" east, thence 090" for 2,250 feet, thence 050" for 2,710 feet to the Black and White Chequered Conical Buoy (Gk. Fl) in position latitude 27° 17′ $5.3" worth, longitude 114° 10′ 43′′ cast, thence 0704" for 2620 feet to the Black and White Chequered Conical Buoy (F1, 4 sec.) in position latitude 22* 18′ 04′′ north, langitude 114' 11' 09.5" cast, thence 090° to the light buoy in position latitude 22° 12′ 04′′ north. longitude 114′′ (2′ 06′′ cast

R. in position latitude 22" 17 50,5" north, longitude 114° 10′ 44′′ east, thence 0704* for 2,530 feet, thence 1024" for 1,320 feet to the Hung Hom Fairway Buoy in position latitude 22* 17 56.5" north, longitude 114" 11′ 23′′ east

(i) Hung Hom Southern Fairway.
On the north, from a position in latitude 22° 17′ 29.9* north, longitude 114" 10" 17.5" east, a line drawn 104 for 2,980 feet to the Black and White Chequered Conical Buoy (Gr. F1. (3) 6 sec.) in position latitude 22° 17′ 22.7" north. longitude 114′ 10′′′ 48.5′′ east, thence 0434° for 4,700 feet to the Hung Hom Fairway Buoy in position latitude 22' 17' 56.5′′ north, longitude (14° 11′ 23* east.
On the south. from the southernmost point of the eastern boundary of the southern fairway, a line drawn 080° for 3,080 feet, thence 088" for 1,980 feet, thence 1024" for 3,560 feet to the Red and White Chequered Can Buoy (Gp. FL. (3) R. 6 sec.) in position latitude 22° 17 17,3" north, longitude 114° 10′ 49.3" cast, thence 0471 for 3,600 feet to the Red and White Chequered Can Buoy (Fl. R. 4 sec) in position latitude 22" 17 418" north, longitude 114" 11" 17.5" cast, thence 0714" for 2,320 feet, thence 089 to the light buoy in position latitude 22° 17 15 north, longitude 114° 12′ 05′′ east.

On the south, from the southernmost point of the eastern boundary of the southern fairway, a line drawn 080' for 3,080 feet, thence 088 for 3,100 feet, to the Red and White Chequered Can Buoy (Gp. F(, (2) R. 5 xc.) in position latitude 22° 17′ 25.5" north, langitude 114' 10" 24.5" cast, thence 051* for 2,500 feet to the Red and White Chequered Can Buoy (Gp. Fl. (3) R. 6 sec.) in position latitude 22° 17′ 40.3′′ north, longitude 114* 1Ử 46.5′′ cast, thence 0724° for 2,820 feet to the Red and White Chequered Can Buoy (F1. For the purpose of enabling the construction work on the cross ħarbour (unnel to proceed it will be necessary to alter the boundaries of the Hung Hom Fairway on three occasions as the work on the wandŢ proceeds.
