These regulations provide for altering the boundaries of the Fairway on three occasions and enable the Goverer by notice in the Gazette to bring into operation the regulations which effect these alterations as required.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance og the 17th day of June 1970.

Resolved, pursuant to section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, that the Public Swimming Pools (Amendment) By-laws 1970, made by the Urban Council on the 2nd day of June 1970 under section 42 of that Ordinance, be approved.
