MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 281).
MERCHANT SHIPPING (LIFE SAVING APPLIANCES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Citution. (Life Saving Appliances) (Amendment) Regulations 1970,
2. The Fifth Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting "easternmost point of Tsing Yi Rock, thence a straight line drawn true north from the easternitost point of Tsing Yi Rock to Tsing Yi" and substituting the following-
"south-easternmost point of Tsing Yi".

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general parpart).
These regulations amend the boundaries of the Victoris Harbour Area
described in the Fifth Schedule to the principal regulations by deleting
the references to Tsing Yi Rock which, due to reclamation, is now part of Tsing Yi,
