8. Rule 8 of the principal rules is amended by deleting "certificate" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-
"report",
9. Rule 9 of the principal roles is amended-
(0) in paragraph (1), by deleting "certificate" in both places
where it occurs and substituting the following-
"report", and
(b) in paragraph (2)-
(0) by deleting "certificates" in both places where it occurs and substituting the following-
"reports"; and
(ii) by deleting "certificate" in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the following-
"report".
10. Rule II of the principal rules is amended by deleting "certificate" and substituting the following-
"report".
11. The Schedule to the principal rules is amended-
in Forra 1-
Amendmeat of Schedule.

(i) by deleting "CERTIFICATE" where it occurs in the heading "ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE RULES" and substituting the following-
"REPORT":
(ii) by deleting "CERTIFICATE” where it occurs in the heading "ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE" and substituting the following-
"REPORT":
(ii) by deleting "Certificate" in both places where it occurs in paragraph 4 of the form and substituting the following-
"Report":
(iv) by deleting "Incorporated" in the expression "The Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" at the end of the form:
(v) by deleting in paragraph (a) of the Notes "Certi- ficate" in both places where it occurs and substituting the following-
"Report"; and

(vi) by deleting in paragraph (b) of the Notes "Certi- ficate or Certificates" and substituting the following-
"Report or Reports": and
(b) in Form 2-
(i) by deleting "the Incorporated" in both places where it occurs in the expression "Committee of the Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" and substitut- ing the following-

(ii) by deleting "Certificate" in both places where it occurs and substituting the following-
"Report"; and
(1) by deleting “Incorporated" where it occurs in the expression "Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong" at the end of the form and substituting the following-
