ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE (AMENDMENT) RULES 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, the Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong, with the approval of the Chief Justice, has made the following rules-

1. These rules may be cited as the Accountant's Certificate (Amendment) Rules 1970.

1. Rule of the principal rules is amended by deleting "Certificate" and substituting the following-

"Report".

3. Rule 3 of the principal rules is amended by deleting "certificate" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

"report".

Rule 4 of the principal rules is amcoded by deleting "certificate" in both places where it occurs and substituting the following-

"report".

5. Rule 5 of the principal rules is amended by deleting in paragraph (1) "certificate" and substituting the following-

"reports".

Rule 6 of the principal rules is amended-

(a) by deleting "certificate" in the first place where it occurs

and substituting the following-

"report"; and

(b) in paragraph (d), by deleting "certificate" in the second place where it occurs and substituting the following--

"report".
