An Ordinance to amend further the Trusice Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1968.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following
"Authorized 4. (1) A trustee may invest any trust funds in investments. his bands, whether at the time in a state of invest-
ment or not-
