An Ordinance to amend further the Exchange Fund Ordinance.

[6th December. 1968.] Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Exchange Fund (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1968.

1. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso to subsection (2) by deleting "fifteen hundred million dollars" and substituting the following—

"three thousand million dollars".
