4. Since adequate control of freworks can be effected under the Dangerous Goods Ordinance these regulations accordingly repeal the Emergency (Firework) Regulations.

PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES (AMENDMENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) ORDER 1968.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Acting Governor has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Order 1968.
2. The places listed in paragraph 3 are set aside for use as pleasure grounds,
3. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by adding the following after "Yuen Po Street/Prince
