The purpose of regulations 5 and 7 is to revoke and replace regula- tions 6(a) and 9 of the principal regulations in order-
(a) to provide that the cattle pier at Kennedy Town Abattoir shall be an authorized landing place in lieu of Kennedy Town Cadle Wharf; and
(5) to make provision în relation to the places to which animals imported into the Colony are benceforth to be taken for purposes of segregation

RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1968.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettlement Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1968.
2. The principal regulations are amended by adding the following regulation after regulation 7-
"Occupation 7A. The fees payable to the Crown for the of land for the purpose

occupation of land authorized by permit under section 52A of the Ordinance for the purpose of outside seating for restaurants shall be as laid down in the Sixth Schedule.".
The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 3-
(2) by adding the following after condition 2 of the General
Conditions of Tenancy in the English version-
"ZA. Any permission granted by an authorized officer under paragraph (b) of condition 2 to the tepant to assign. sublet or part with possession of the premises or to permit any person to reside therein except the persons named on the other side, shail be subject to such conditions as the authorized officer may specify in writing."; and
(b) by adding the following after condition 2 of the General
Conditions of Tenancy in the Chinese version-
