EMERGENCY (PRINCIPAL) REGULATIONS (DISCONTINUANCE) ORDER 1968.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 137 of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations, the Acting Governor has made the following order...
1. This order may be cited as the Emergency (Principal) Citation. Regulations (Discontinuance) Order 1968.
IT 2. The operation of the regulations of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations listed in the Schedule shall be discontinued.
3. The Schedule to the Emergency (Principal) Regulations (Commencement) Order 1967 is amended by deleting therefrom the following-

Orders for the opening or closing of premises. Powers to disperse assemblies.
Meetings.".
4. The Schedule to the Emergency (Principal) Regulations (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 1967 is amended by deleting therefrom the following-
"Regulation 119A
Regulation 119B
Persons frequenting or found in premises containing arms, offensive weapons, etc. to be guilty of offence. Persons found in premises to which authorized officer denied access to be guilty of offence.".
5. The Emergency (Principal) Regulations (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 1967 is cancelled.
6. The Schedule to the Emergency (Principal) Regulations (Commencement) (No. 6) Order 1967 is amended by deleting there- from the following—
"Regulation 136A
Modification of District Court Ordin- ance increasing Court's power of sentence for certain offences.".
