(m) hawk or attempt to bawk, sell or attempt to sell any article or service, distribute or attempt to distribute any pamphlet on any of the Com- pany's piers or on any ferry vessel unless written authority has been obtained from the Company.".
By-law d of the principal by-laws is amended- (e) in paragraph (1) by inserting the following alter
"thereof
"and a recent photograph of the bolder"; and
(b) in paragraph (3) by deleting "does" and substituting
therefor the following-
"and photograph do".
By-law 13 of the principal by-laws is amended by insert- ing the following alter “weighbridge”--
"(if provided)".
5. By-law 14 of the principal by-law is cancelled "and replaced by the following-
"Duties of drivers of vehicles on forry vessela.
14. Every driver of any vehicle which is trans- ported or is intended to be transported by any ferry vessel or is proceeding to or from any ferry vessel shall-
(a)
drive with due care and attention and with reasonable consideration for other persons using the ferry or approaching to or from the ferry;
(b) proceed at slow speed along any ramp and
along the deck of a ferry vessel;
(c) obey all lawful instructions which may be given to him by any servant of the Company: (d) if the vehicle is a motor vehicle, stop the engine thereof as soon as the vehicle is on board and in position for transport; and (e) pay the proper fare for the carriage of the vehicle, its freight (if any) and passengers.".
6. By-law 15 of the principal-by-laws is cancelled:

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
By-law 2 amends paragraph (4) of by-law 4 of the principal by-lawa to provide that, except in cases of emergency, It is prohibited for pas- sengers other than the driver and passengers of a motor vehicle carried on a ferry to pass from one deck to another.
By-law 2 also inserts new paragraphs (1) to (m) at the end of by-law 4 of the principal by-laws. These paragraphs prescribe additional mattons probibited under the principal by-laws.
By-law 3 amends by-law 6 of the principal by-laws to provide that every monthly or seasonal ticket issued by the Company shall bear a recent photograph of the holder thereof.
By-law 4 amends by-law 13 of the principal by-laws by providing that every vehicle shall, before embarkation on a vehicular Ferry, pass over A weighbridge if such weighbridge is provided
By-law 5 cancels and replaces by-law 14 of the principal by-laws. The new by-law prescribes in detail the duties of drivers of vehicles carried on the company's vehicular ferries.
By-law 6 cancels by-law 15 of the principal by-laws, which prescribed the maximum permissable speed of vehicles on ferry vessels.
