(b) in payment of any removal charge, storage charges and charges, if any, incurred in respect of the sale by public auction of the vehicle,
and any balance remaining thereof shall be transferred to the general revenue of the Colony at the expiry of twelve months from the date of such sale or disposal if not previously claimed by a person who satisfies the Commissioner of Police that he was the owner of the vehicle at the time it was removed from the airport.

REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS, IDENTIFICATION, ETC.
29. Any person who, being the driver of a vehicle which is involved in an accident within the airport, fails forthwith to stop and give his name and address and the name and address of the owner of the vehicle to the Director or to an authorized person shall be guiky of an offence and shall be able on conviction to * fine of five hundred dollars,

Explanatory Note,
(This Note is not port of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purpart).
These regulations have a twofold purpose. First, to make provision for car parka within the Hong Kong Airport. Secondly, to cover other traffic matters which were previously contained in the Hong Kong Airport Regulations.
Carriageways within the Airport, to which members of the public have access, will remain under the Road Traffic Ordinance. The Director of Civil Aviation, under these regulations, will control traffic in car parks and in the restricted parts of the Airport.
