WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March 1968. has been estimated at the sum of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two million, six hundred thousand, one hundred and ten dollars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
